Part number QV70032 is an AS568-032 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.864 in (47.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.004 in (50.9 mm). A quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
