Part number QV70142 is an AS568-142 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.362 in (59.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.568 in (65.23 mm). A quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or ketones and esters.
