The QV70154 is an AS568-154 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.737 in (94.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.943 in (100.15 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
