Q-244 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70244 is an AS568-244 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.234 in (107.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.512 in (114.6 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or hot water and steam.
