The QV70246 is an AS568-246 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.484 in (113.89 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.762 in (120.95 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
