Q-259 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70259 is an AS568-259 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.234 in (158.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.512 in (165.4 mm). This quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.
