Ordered as QV70336, this is an AS568-336 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.85 in (72.39 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.27 in (83.06 mm). The quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
