Q-337 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

Ordered as QV70337, this is an AS568-337 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.975 in (75.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.395 in (86.23 mm). The quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). The profile itself contributes resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings and lower compressive load required to achieve a seal.
