Ordered as S70FDA127, this is an AS568-127 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.424 in (36.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.63 in (41.4 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures.
