The S70FDA168 is an AS568-168 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.237 in (183.82 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.443 in (189.05 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is specified here for exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range. This material stands up to many oxidizing chemicals, weathering, and dry heat. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
