Part number S70FDA259 is an AS568-259 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.234 in (158.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.512 in (165.4 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and weathering.
