The S70FDA353 is an AS568-353 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.975 in (126.37 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.395 in (137.03 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Silicone is specified for excellent electrical insulating properties and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. This material stands up to extreme heat and cold, weathering, and ozone and UV exposure. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in abrasive dynamic service or steam above its rated range.
