Product Specification

-
APG stocks the S70FDA913, an AS568-913 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.986 in (25.04 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.218 in (30.94 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists extreme heat and cold, weathering, and many oxidizing chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where abrasive dynamic service or concentrated acids are present.

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact under 21 CFR 177.2600. Typical settings include electronics and electrical enclosures, ovens and heated equipment, and sanitary process lines.

Order part number S70FDA913, sold individually. Unit weight is approximately 0.851 g. Review your operating media and conditions against this specification before installation. APG supports cross-referencing from drawings, samples and competitor numbers when a listed size is not an exact fit.
