Ordered as S70119, this is an AS568-119 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and exceptionally wide service temperature range. This material stands up to extreme heat and cold, dry heat, and ozone and UV exposure. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
