S4X150 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 150 mm (5.906 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 158 mm (6.22 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is widely chosen for an exceptionally wide service temperature range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
