3MM CS X 42MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

S3X42 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 42 mm (1.654 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 48 mm (1.89 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against dry heat, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is valued for excellent electrical insulating properties, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
