2MM CS X 60MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

S2X60 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 60 mm (2.362 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 64 mm (2.52 in). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Expect good resistance to many oxidizing chemicals, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in concentrated acids or abrasive dynamic service.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact. Typical settings include pharmaceutical manufacturing, ovens and heated equipment, and food and beverage processing.
