1/8 X 59 X 59 SOFT - CHEM

APG stocks the 0KSOFTCHEM125X59X59, a Thermoseal™ Soft-Chem Gasket Sheet supplied with a thickness of 1/8 inch, a width of 59 inch, and a length of 59 inch. A gasket sheet lets a shop cut custom gaskets to any profile, eliminating lead time on non-standard shapes.

As a material, Thermoseal™ Soft-Chem is widely chosen for clean release and easy removal at teardown, reliable sealing on flanges with modest surface finish. The material holds up against hydrocarbons, steam and hot water, and elevated flange loads. It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids in some grades or service beyond the published pressure-temperature envelope are present.

Typical settings include steam and hot water systems, power generation, and pulp and paper.
