568-015 FKM 75 SQUARE CUT RINGS

APG stocks the SV70015, an AS568-015 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.551 in (14 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.691 in (17.55 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or amines.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
