Part number SV70114 is an AS568-114 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.612 in (15.54 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). A square-cut ring resists the spiral failure that affects round rings on long reciprocating strokes.

It resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with amines or hot water and steam.
