Product Specification

-
APG stocks the TES70113, an AS568-113 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.549 in (13.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.755 in (19.18 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. Source specification: ORING 70 Durometer.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone delivers strong resistance to permeation and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. This material stands up to nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and wide temperature swings. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage processing, and chemical processing.

TES70113 ships individually. Check the compound against your process media, pressure and temperature before committing to a design. APG supports cross-referencing from drawings, samples and competitor numbers when a listed size is not an exact fit.
