Part number TES70461 is an AS568-461 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 15.955 in (405.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.505 in (419.23 mm).
