568-032 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80032, an AS568-032 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.864 in (47.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.004 in (50.9 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
