568-035 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80035 is an AS568-035 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.239 in (56.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.379 in (60.43 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, food and beverage, and aggressive-media valves and pumps.
