568-130 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80130 is an AS568-130 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists strong acids and solvents, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across aggressive-media valves and pumps, semiconductor equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
