568-156 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80156 is an AS568-156 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.237 in (107.62 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.443 in (112.85 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. This material stands up to nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and steam. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
