568-212 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80212 is an AS568-212 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The material holds up against strong acids and solvents, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
