TEV80380 is an AS568-380 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.895 in (302.13 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. Expect good resistance to strong acids and solvents, aggressive oxidizers, and steam. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.
