Ordered as 3E2030SAAL, this is a Tough-Tite Aluminum Spool Adapter Cam and Groove Coupling supplied with a 2 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 2 inch to 3 inch. The cam and groove coupling joins two male adapter ends back to back.
