3E4030BASS is a Tough-Tite Stainless Steel Coupler / Adapter Cam and Groove Coupling with a 4 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 3 inch to 4 inch. In service, this cam and groove coupling combines a female coupler and male adapter in one body to join two hose runs.

As a material, Stainless Steel is widely chosen for a hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. This material stands up to high pressure, chemical attack, and salt water and washdown. It should not be specified for service in galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades.

It sees regular use in chemical transfer, marine and offshore, and food and beverage processing.
