6" DUST PLUG 316 S/S TOUGH-TITE

The 3E60DPSS is a Tough-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Plug Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 6 inch nominal size. This cam and groove coupling closes off a male adapter to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

As a material, Stainless Steel is valued for dimensional stability under thermal cycling and a hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines. This material stands up to chemical attack, salt water and washdown, and high pressure. Applications involving chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals call for a different compound.
