TSP144 is an AS568-144 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D Back-Up Ring with an inside diameter of 2.487 in (63.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.693 in (68.4 mm). In service, this back-up ring allows a standard o-ring to operate at higher pressures than it could unsupported.

PTFE (Teflon) delivers excellent dielectric properties and near-universal chemical inertness. The compound resists solvents, oxidizing media, and nearly all industrial chemicals. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C). Verify compatibility before use with molten alkali metals or service requiring elastic recovery.
