3U20DPSS is an U-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Plug Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 2 inch nominal size. In service, this cam and groove coupling closes off a male adapter to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line. Source specification: Dust Plug.
