Ordered as U90023, this is an AS568-023 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.051 in (26.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.191 in (30.25 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against petroleum oils, ozone, and abrasion and wear. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers exceptional abrasion resistance, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones or acids and bases.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure fluid power.
