U90223 is an AS568-223 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.609 in (40.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.887 in (47.93 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against petroleum oils, ozone, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones will shorten service life.
