Part number VQ4114 is an AS568-114 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.612 in (15.54 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). A quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and chemical processing.
