The VQ4116 is an AS568-116 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or amines are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and high-temperature process equipment.
