VQ4152 is an AS568-152 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.237 in (82.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.443 in (87.45 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or hot water and steam.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
