Ordered as VQ4161, this is an AS568-161 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.487 in (139.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.693 in (144.6 mm). The quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.
