**4205-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

VQ4205 is an AS568-205 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.421 in (10.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.699 in (17.75 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and semiconductor equipment.
