**4207-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUADRING

Part number VQ4207 is an AS568-207 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.546 in (13.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.824 in (20.93 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life. The profile itself contributes lower compressive load required to achieve a seal and resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings.
