Part number VQ4213 is an AS568-213 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.921 in (23.39 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.199 in (30.45 mm). A quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.
