Ordered as VQ4226, this is an AS568-226 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.984 in (50.39 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.262 in (57.45 mm). The quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The compound resists many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
