APG stocks the VQ4325, an AS568-325 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.895 in (48.13 mm). A quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Expect good resistance to many acids, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, chemical processing, and high-temperature process equipment.
