APG stocks the VQ4327, an AS568-327 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.145 in (54.48 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include semiconductor equipment, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
