The VQ4332 is an AS568-332 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.35 in (59.69 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.77 in (70.36 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
