APG stocks the VQ4368, an AS568-368 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.145 in (206.88 mm). A quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

It resists chlorinated solvents, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). The profile itself contributes resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings and two sealing bands per contact face rather than one.

It sees regular use in aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
