VQ4369 is an AS568-369 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.395 in (213.23 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
