4426-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

Ordered as VQ4426, this is an AS568-426 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.6 in (116.84 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.15 in (130.81 mm). The quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.

Typical settings include oil and gas, high-temperature process equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
