Part number VQ4432 is an AS568-432 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.35 in (135.89 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.9 in (149.86 mm). A quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

It resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across chemical processing, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
